Our process begins long before the harvest — in the living soil beneath our feet. Every step, from planting to processing, is guided by nature’s rhythm and the commitment to purity, sustainability, and care.
Rooted deep in volcanic soil
All of our tea comes from our partners at Wild Orchard, our partner farm on Jeju Island, South Korea — a 1,000-acre volcanic paradise where ocean air, gentle mist, and mineral-rich soil create the perfect conditions for tea to thrive.
We grow every plant from seed, not cutting, allowing deep root systems to form and draw nutrients from the island’s volcanic earth. These strong roots help our tea trees naturally resist stress and produce richer flavor in every leaf.

We’re proud to be Regenerative Organic Certified™, which means we go beyond simply avoiding chemicals — we actively restore the soil, biodiversity, and ecosystem that sustain our farm.
We never use synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. Instead, we rely on nature’s own systems: rich compost, healthy soil microbiomes, and even grazing geese who once helped us manage weeds and fertilize the land. Every step we take is designed to give back more than we take.

We harvest by hand, in rhythm with the seasons and the natural cycles of our fields. Our farmers know each plant intimately — its age, its growth pattern, and the way the wind moves through its leaves. That connection helps us choose only the most vibrant leaves for each harvest.

Before processing, we wash our tea leaves four times — a meticulous step we added to remove dust, fine particles, and impurities without affecting the delicate structure of the leaf.
This unique washing process is our quiet obsession with purity and care. We believe clean leaves make clean tea — and you can taste that clarity in every cup.
